SHIPPING POLICY

Most air.air products are made to order. For standard, unaltered items, we aim to ship from 4 weeks from time of order. For bespoke or printed products, we require a minimum of 6 weeks for patterning & production. If any items are required in a shorter timeframe, please contact us in advance of placing the order as we may be able to arrange for shorter lead times. Orders placed for multiple products can sometimes benefit from combined shipping. The shipping service offered at checkout is FedEx international economy air freight. Should you wish to use a different service or arrange your own shipping, please contact us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and the environments in which they are used, we are unable to accept returns. With the exception of items that are deemed faulty or damaged on arrival. In this instance, please contact us and we'll work to resolve the issue.

 

Please note that the responsibility and cost incurred for the safe return of products rests with the customer. We strongly advise you to return items using a tracked service. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and inbound costs will not be covered. We are unable to expedite or track returned packages.
